End Of Life Planning Community Education Project
SU2J’s End Of Life Planning Community Education Project is an online and live curriculum, funded with the support of the Arizona End Of Life Care Partnership, anchored at the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. The presentation explains several aspects of end of life planning. The intent of the project is to help community members prepare for their end of life, allowing their end-of-life transition to be smoother for them, their family members, and loved ones.
If you are a community organization, and are interested in partnering with SU2J to host a live presentation, or if you would like to know when a live presentation may be conducted in your area, please contact us.
If you have watched the End Of Life Planning presentation, are a resident of Pima County, and would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, please submit an application for legal help. An intake worker will contact you by phone within 3 business days.
IMPORTANT: Reading the End Of Life Planning materials or watching the End Of Life Planning videos does not create an attorney/client relationship between you and Step Up To Justice. If you would like advice from a lawyer about your specific situation, you will need to apply for legal help and be accepted as a client.
